Processing & Shipping Policy:

  • At MaddiB Boutique, we have a PROCESSING TIME and a SHIPPING TIME!
  • Orders are ONLY Processed & Shipped during the week. (Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays)
  • Processing time is usually 3-7 business days. (May vary depending on when your payment is processed) 
  • Sezzle accounts take an additional 7 business days to process.
  • Shipping time is usually 3-15 business days. (May vary depending on USPS delivery times)
  • Shipping and Processing can take longer if your order is place on a weekend, holiday, or during our PEAK ordering season.
  • ALL items will be shipped via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound) and/or Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made.
  • ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED UNTIL YOUR PAYMENT HAS CLEARED THE BANK!
  • Please choose RUSH SHIPPING if you need your order fast!
  • RUSH SHIPPING charges will be invoiced separately through PayPal (See pricing below)
  • RUSH SHIPPING is 2-7 business days (Does NOT include processing time)
  • Pre-Order items will take at least 4-6 weeks to ship!
  • Other items may take longer and will state shipping time in the item description. (Shipping time and Processing time are different)

INCORRECT ADDRESSED ORDERS/RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Please ensure that your orders are correctly and properly addressed. Once an order has been shipped, we MUST wait until your order returns to our warehouse/office location before it can be re-shipped. You will be charged a re-shipment fee according to the weight of your order. Incorrect addresses can create delays.

 

LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED ORDERS

Once your order begins its journey toward its destination and tracking information is noted with your tracking number, we are no longer responsible if your package is lost, stolen, tampered with or damaged en-route. If the tracking information you have received from us is not working, please contact us. However, if you are having difficulty locating your package or for any issues related to delivery, please contact USPS with your tracking number. We have listed USPS customer service number below to better assist you should that need ever arise.
